Refund Policy

Thank you for using Bluntt. We want you to be satisfied with any purchases made through our platform. Please read the following refund policy carefully.

Digital Token Purchases

Tokens are digital consumables used within the Bluntt platform. Due to the nature of digital goods, all token purchases are final and non- refundable, except in the limited cases described below.

• Incorrect Charges: If you believe you were charged in error, please contact our support within 7 days with the transaction details.
• Failed Payments: If a payment was attempted but not completed, we will not charge you. If an amount was debited but the purchase did not complete, contact support with proof of payment.
• Fraudulent Activity: If you suspect an unauthorized transaction, notify support immediately so we can investigate and take action.

How to Request a Review

All purchases made through Bluntt (including premium features or subscriptions) are generally non-refundable once the service has been accessed or used. However, we will review requests in the following limited circumstances:

• Duplicate payment due to technical issues.
• Unauthorized transaction reported within 7 days of the charge.
• Technical errors preventing access to the purchased service, which remain unresolved after contacting our support team.

• Name
• Registered email address
• Date and mode of purchase
• Reason for refund request and any supporting evidence
